ForlornFoundry - SCP-3000

Here's the SCP-3000 model I made for ForlornFoundry's SCP-3000 short film!

Had lots of fun designing this guy since a giant creature like this requires a lot of detail compared to my previous models.
Mainly used moray eels, whales and the Mosasaur for the final look. To give this guy some aging I added some barnacles and scars that run over its body, this also included teeth that were either damaged or broken in half in some occasions.

For shots where the long body was shown I had to make a seperate model in order to save details for the head since close-up shots were going to be used. There were also shots where only the body was shown without the head, so having a long model of its body with its head wasn't necessary.

The first version resembled a more standard looking moray eel which wasn't bad but it felt kinda bland. That's when I decided to make this version that in my opinion resembled a much more ancient, even prehistoric looking sea monster which fit perfectly for 3000. This one ended up being used in the short film.

All in all, I'm very happy how this guy turned out in the film. Thanks to ForlornFoundry for giving me the opportunity to design a model like this!
