SCP: Fragmented Minds - SCP-096

Had a lot of fun modeling, texturing, rigging and animating this SCP classic!
Thanks to the help of Jade P.N.G.'s concepts and discussions with the team it was definitely a lot of fun bringing this guy to life!
We went for a design that has a more menacing silhouette while also having a very uncanny vibe to it. An aspect that was important here was the face: An empty gaze with dried tears below its eyes, stretch marks on its lip corners (indicating to its ability to open it unnaturally), fogged pupils and reddish cheeks to indicate to its "crying" nature and of course the jaw that can open 4 times as wide as a human.
For the animation of him getting "triggered" I really wanted to emphasize on the fact that he doesn't actually want to kill you. But his nature prevents him from stopping himself from doing so, which leads to him freaking out and even hurting himself to snap himself out of it, only to succumb to it at the end.
Hopefully we did it justice!
